Question 1

What is Glifz?

Accepted Answer

Glifz is a WhatsApp agentic commerce platform. It gives your brand an AI digital person that helps customers discover products, check stock, build a cart, check out and get post-purchase support — all inside WhatsApp. Your team gets one workspace for conversations, customers, automation and campaigns.

Question 2

Do I need to replace my checkout or payment provider?

Accepted Answer

No. Glifz prepares the cart in the chat and hands the customer to the checkout you already use. There is no new payment processor and no store migration.

Question 3

Can my team take over from the AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anyone on your team can take over a conversation from the shared inbox, which pauses the AI for that customer. When they are done, they resume it and the AI continues with the full history. Uncertain answers and complaints are escalated automatically with context.

Question 4

Which stores and systems does Glifz connect to?

Accepted Answer

Every module runs through one universal commerce interface, so Glifz can connect to Shopify, WooCommerce, POS, ERP or a custom API without changing your flows.

Question 5

How does Glifz keep campaigns within WhatsApp’s rules?

Accepted Answer

Campaigns only use WhatsApp-approved templates and only reach eligible, opted-in contacts. Opt-out suppression, duplicate prevention, sending limits and audit logs are built into every send.

Question 6

How do automations know when to stop?

Accepted Answer

Every workflow has a stop rule. An abandoned-checkout reminder, for example, re-checks the order before sending and stops the moment the customer buys, opts out or becomes ineligible.
